iCARE shares Sweets at Multiple Locations in Nagpur on Saturday, October 29, 2016
Prime Minister’s message to make India a better place to live in was promoted by iCARE in a unique way this Diwali, wherein several hygiene workers working on Nagpur roads for cleaning and collecting garbage were presented a packet of sweets this Diwali by InfoCeptians.
The message was given that instead of taking kacchra (garbage), they would be taking sweets on their way back home this Diwali. Boxes of sweets were distributed to these workers by iCARE team members in various localities of Nagpur to promote Swachh Bharat (Clean India). The localities included were IT Park, Khamla, Central Avenue, Gaddigodam, Jaripatka and Wardha Road. InfoCeptians voluntarily took up these areas as per their residing vicinity and distributed sweets in various groups at different locations simultaneously.
InfoCeptians gathered in late afternoon to distribute sweets to traffic police at various traffic signals where they stand in bright sunlight maintaining traffic discipline. iCARE found this Diwali as an opportunity to thank them all for their services by adding some sweetness to their lives.
