CSR Dialogue organized by Habitat for Humanity India in association with VIA

Habitat for Humanity India in association with the Vidarbha Industries Association (VIA) organized the CSR Dialogue on transforming Vidarbha through Corporate Social Responsibility. InfoCepts iCARE was invited to this dialogue to share about its CSR interventions.
Dr. Micah Aiyub, Head – iCARE, InfoCepts, shared how iCARE is dedicated towards strengthening, enriching and enhancing the quality of life of its target communities where InfoCeptians play key role right from planning to implementing the interventions. He proudly expressed how iCARE has evolved with time and executed many transformational and sustainable projects bringing tremendous difference in the lives of all its beneficiaries – young and old alike.
Habitat for Humanity India (HFHI) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to eradicate poverty by providing families in need with safe and affordable housing solutions. iCARE has extended its support to HFHI this year sponsoring one of their projects – Sensitize to Sanitize (Behavior Change Communication) that will be implemented in schools of remote areas near Nagpur.
Mr. Rajan Samuel, Managing Director, HFHI shared about their CSR interventions and how HFHI is engaged in developing housing facilities for its target communities. Dr. Vijay Phate, Convenor, CSR Forum, VIA took the discussion forward by expressing how CSR should be more participative emphasizing the role of Employee Engagement in bringing social change.
Mr. Hemant Lodha, Chairman, VIA CSR Forum, proposed the vote of thanks and shared his concluding remarks on prospective association with corporates contributing towards creating a better society ahead.
